Domestic and care workers, survivors of child labour, trafficking, GBV, and exploitation; adolescent girls and young women; children on the move; unaccompanied minors; and migrant returnees.
 What is the Talia Agler Girls Shelter (TAGS)?
TAGS is a Charitable Children’s Institution run by CDTD that provides protection, rehabilitation, and reintegration services to survivors of trafficking, child labour, abuse, and exploitation.
What is the TAGS Education Fund?
This fund provides survivors with access to education, vocational training, mentorship, and leadership development to support their long-term empowerment and reintegration.
Does CDTD assist with job placement?
Yes. CDTD links trained domestic and care workers to safe and verified employers through its job placement services and the HomecareHub digital platform.
How can a survivor access help from CDTD?
Survivors can be referred by community leaders, police, government agencies, partner shelters, or walk in. CDTD provides rescue, psychosocial support, safe shelter placement, medical referrals, and reintegration services.

What is the National Shelters Network (NSN)?
The NSN established and led by CDTD is a coordination network of 90+ shelters across Kenya working together to strengthen survivor protection, improve standards, and influence policy on shelter services.
